Revisiting The Declaration of Independence In The Age Of Drones

We need to look at the American Declaration of Independence and to compare our grievances against King George in 1776 to those against our present Government in this Age of Drones, Warrantless Wiretaps, the Patriot ACT, the NDAA. presidential kill lists and the TSA. Daniel Ellsberg might been  right when he called  America Death Squad country.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.–That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed

The US government has consistently violated our unalienable Rights to Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. They TSA has abused us with illegal searches and has publicly humiliate us with genital groping. The Justice Department has unjustly tried whistle blowers in rigged court cases and imprisoned those who had attempted to protect us from the abuses of a tyrannical government. They have legalized torture of citizens in their courts by calling it pain compliance. They have kidnapped, tortured, imprisoned and even killed American citizens without due process denying us our Right to Life. This has abrogated the contract between the government and the people from whom Washington DC had derived the only authority they had over us.

That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security. The government has acted so as to reduce us to such a low stature that we could never peacefully change or even limit the government that has consistently abused us.

The history of the present King of Great Britain is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.

That word usurpations is best illustrated by our government abusing its powers by taxing and regulating utilities that produce clean and cheap energy into bankruptcy so they could double our utility bills. Their aim is to impoverish us and thus diminish our ability to resist this present tyranny. They have required us to take shots known to be contaminated. These vaccinations are harm and to kill us and our children. They have made us eat food that has been genetically modified and proven to cause cancer and to make offspring of lab animals sterile and stunted in tests. They have required us to drink fluoridated water which our best universities proved reduced our intelligence while increasing our cancer rate and causing thyroid problems. They have denied the right of manufacturers to label their cans of food as being Bisphenol A free. The public has learned that this plastic can liner is an estrogen mimicker known to cause cancer and make us obese. .All these qualify as repeated injuries.

He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.
He has forbidden his Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.

All those presidential signing statements from Bush and Obama denying that the laws our representatives passed really restrict the Executive branch are a denial of our rights. Our presidents do not have the right to refuse to heed laws like the Whistleblowers Protection Act.

He has made Judges dependent on his Will alone..

Sibel Edmonds told us that FBI background checks on judicial nominees are turned upside down. They deny appointments to honest men and women to the courts so they can appoint persons who have committed felonies. This is to make federal courts palaces of injustice to protect the Tyranny of Washington and unjustly convict us.

He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harrass our people, and eat out their substance.

The government has consistently used regulations of food and safety to bankrupt small farms and businesses though needless regulations while exempting those who make sizable campaign contributions. They have told farmers they cannot plow their fields for fear of dust. They have required us to buy a separate animal ID for every pig, goat, cow and chicken while exempting large factory farms. They have used environmental laws and regulations to seize our property without just compensation. They have intentionally burdened our small farms and businesses with endless rules and regulations that require too many hours and too much money to comply with. This gives a competitive advantage to Big Corporations and Agribusiness who do support the present Tyranny.

He has kept among us, in times of peace, Standing Armies without the Consent of our legislatures.
He has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil power.

The present government has used troops on American soil to do the work of local police in violation of Posse Comitatus. It has purged the military of officers who when asked  refuse to fire on American citizens. He has used American troops in endless foreign wars without the consent of our elected representatives in Congress.

He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation:

The current President has given away the regulation of the Internet to the United Nations so they can take away our few remaining avenues to express our First Amendment rights to free speech and to a free press.

For cutting off our Trade with all parts of the world: For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent:

The present Tyranny has used the regulatory process to impose fines upon us that were not the intent of the Congress. They have taken tens of trillions of dollars from us and given it in Bailouts to crony bankers both here and abroad. And they have signed trade agreements while lying to us as to their true purposes. They have thus closed 56,000 manufacturing plants since 2001 while enriching campaign donors who moved their facilities offshore and exempted themselves from our income taxes. This has deliberately destroyed our tax base and given us trillion dollar plus budget deficits four in a row thus bringing us to the brink of an economic collapse far worse than the Great Depression.

For depriving us in many cases, of the benefits of Trial by Jury:
For transporting us beyond Seas to be tried for pretended offences
For abolishing the free System of English Laws in a neighbouring Province, establishing therein an Arbitrary government, and enlarging its Boundaries so as to render it at once an example and fit instrument for introducing the same absolute rule into these Colonies: For taking away our Charters, abolishing our most valuable Laws, and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments:

The above describes the NDAA which the President says gives him the right to indefinitely detain us without trial and without access to either a lawyer or even to a judicial review. And now he says he has the right to kill us with missiles fired from drones. He has killed two American citizens who had been working for the US military and intelligence against the interests of their fellow Muslims. These were no threat to America but could have greatly embarrassed the administration.

I said thirty years ago that the Bankers wanted to construct a National Security State because they have stolen our money and do not want to give it back. I said the bankers want America to lose World War III so we would not have any right to demand restitution of our property, our heritage and our freedoms which they took from us. I said thirty years ago that we would have a black president because the bankers wanted us to focus on his race and not the race of the men on Wall Street who betrayed us. They intend to destroy America by starting a race war at a time of economic collapse and nationwide food riots while our troops are overseas in unending and senseless wars for Israel.

The Time of the Great and Revolutionary Transformation is Nigh. We can only hope that our citizenry both inside and outside the military is equal to the challenge and that the next few months are as peaceful as possible.
