Update: A highly disturbing article from Bloomberg was posted at Zero Hedge this evening. There are people smarter than I am who know more about finances but they usually do not want to protect people from Wall Street Bankers. This article said that the velocity of money is increasing and is driving inflation with it.
I once wrote an article in which I explained that America had survived 20% inflation under Paul Volcker. I concluded that we had survived 20% but could not survive 25% annual inflation. I said hyperinflation would begin at 25% and that we would soon thereafter lose our status as an international reserve currency. The late Bob Chapman was asked about my view and he agreed as at 25% the value of a dollar is cut in half every 3 years. So Sergey Glazyev’s plan for BRICS and the Global South to combine to end the dollar’s reign has now become a certainty to be set into motion.
All bank deposits in dollars, pounds, euros and yen will decline to zero value, probably before the November 2024 presidential elections.
The real inflation rate as reported by Shadow Stats is 16.8% not the 8.5% CPI reported by that criminal enterprise masquerading as a government in Washington DC.
This is the mechanics of velocity.
M x V = P x T. Money x Velocity = Prices x Transactions. Velocity is simply how many times Money changes hands in a year. If Velocity rises, then the overall level of prices and transactions increases. We have printed way too much money in the past. One reason was corruption so Wall Street could steal tens of trillions and not just billions. Another reason was to mask the decline in real wages due to over population caused by massive immigration. A third reason was that in the final stages of a credit based economy with an interest bearing currency that we accumulate mountains of Unpayable Debts. We need massive loans to pay for all that massive interest rate gouging. So in the final stages before collapse, we have to “borrow” $5 trillion into circulation just to get a modest bit of growth.
In the chart above we can see that Velocity grew from 1.2 to 1.4. If we substitute 1.4 for 1.2 and insert $21 trillion for M in M X V, then we can see the rate increased by 1/6th or 16.667%. Fortunately, the US M2 Money Supply is declining slightly though Biden did just pass an expensive bill that will force the US Treasury to monetize more debts.
The other disturbing fact is that trend line in the growth of velocity. If V were to rise from 1.2 to 1.4 to 1.6, then prices would increase 33%. As I said, our real inflation rate is already 16.8% and any increase in velocity will soon push us past 25% into hyperinflation which will force our few remaining friends overseas to dump the dollar and buy commodities. When they sell their stocks and bonds to buy commodities, prices will spike exponentially higher over night.
We must remember that the Biden admin is playing a dangerous game by forcing rents higher through massive immigration, forcing energy prices higher through insane Green policies and forcing food prices higher so he can force us to accept electronic passport- ration cards.
Washington DC will soon reap the whirlwind of zero value paychecks and zero value savings and pensions.

Of the 123 million Americans alive in 1929 at least 3 million starved to death, some demographers say maybe 4 to 7 million.
A Depression is a period in time when Unpayable Debts are cancelled en masse. In 1923 Germany cancelled debts through hyperinflation. In 1933 America 31% of our money supply was cancelled in bankruptcy courts and in foreclosures.
We have a debt based system which means that we are not allowed to have money unless we first take out a loan. Bankers gave themselves the right to charge us interest on checking account money they made out of nothing. Americans starved to death due to debt cancellation and the lack of borrowing until WW II.
Alternatively, we could have a non-interest bearing currency like Lincoln’s Greenbacks. Dr Irving Fisher in the 1920s suggested that we not only issue Greenbacks but also ban fractional reserve banking, which would have ended all those bank runs in the 1930s.
He called his proposal 100% money. He could have ended the Depression in 90 days, saved us from starvation and also from a lot of unwanted wars. He also would have stopped the exploitation of interest which under the present system transfers all wealth from Main Street which does all the work to Wall Street parasites who collect interest on the money they created out of nothing.
If we do not arrest the Bankers and seize what they stole from us to fund Debt Cancellation, America will definitely have a hyperinflationary Depression like Germany in 1923 but with far more starvation than then due to the addition of 220 million people sine 1929.
America became over populated when we began importing raw materials. Wassily Leontieff won a Nobel Prize in economics for his study which told us why American wages were a third higher than Europeans. It was because American extracted raw materials and added value with their skilled labor. The Elite studied economics and knew they could break the working class and Main Street by over populating America.
They thought that impoverishing Main Street was a good thing.
To cover up the increasing poverty lurking in America, the Federal Reserve printed up trillions of dollars and bought free stuff from overseas. Dr Michael Hudson told this to the Pentagon when he taught them what his 1972 book Super Imperialism meant. By printing money, we were able to get foreigners to accept our I Owe You Nothing Federal Reserve Notes as gold so they gave us what they made for free. When a dimwitted general finally understood that Dr Hudson was telling him that foreigners were paying us to occupy their lands, he said, “Wow! We are ripping people off.”
Wall Street ripped people off even more intensely after the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991 and became the leaders of the Unipolar world. Notice I said Unipolar and not Free world. In 1973 Henry Kissinger had forced Saudi Arabia to sell oil only in dollars and to buy US Treasury bonds with their profits. That was the Petrodollar which will be ending soon enough.
Putin complained of this Unipolar world in 2007 at a speech at the Munich Security conference. More recently, he complained that the US had seized $2 trillion in the assets of nations that wanted a Multipolar world.
The US bombed Libya and Iraq for wanting to sell oil for euros. US sanctions starved 500,000 Iraqi children to death so there is a good reason for people of good will to resent Wall Street Uber Alles.
Putin bided his time and developed unstoppable weapons. In 2017 he announced Russia was developing a Mach 20 missile. India has 2 Mach 20 missiles, the Agni 5 and 6. Even Iran has a Mach 14 missile. Putin has announced the deployment of the S-500 which is able to stop hypersonic missiles of which the US due to corruption has none. The S-500 can also stop attacks from space. America is floundering around trying to develop a Mach 5 missile which it promises to deploy some time after the November elections.
Putin has announced the deployment of a Mach 10 cruise missile, the Zircon. The US still only has a subsonic cruise missile. Russia and India have a Mach 3 cruise missile called BrahMos. In two years it will be replaced with a Mach 8 version which I will call BrahMos II for now. America will no longer be able to bully Third World nations.
And that is the end of Dollar Diplomacy.
Dr Mark Skidmore and Catherine Austin Fitts have detailed the theft of more than $30 trillion from the US taxpayers through DOD (Department of Defense) and HUD (Housing and Urban Development). Dr Skidmore told the following funny story. The US army has a budget of $122 billion. One day the US Treasury sent them a check for $800 billion to cover up the holes left by the “Missing Money.” Guess what happened? The generals lost the $800 billion!
Corruption is one reason why the US is well behind Russia in defending their people. The other reason is NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement) and industrial warfare. Since NAFTA was passed in 1993 by the Clintons with Joe Biden’s support in the Senate, 80,000 US manufacturing plants have been closed. And we have added 70 million people mostly through legal and illegal immigration.
By design, America is no longer an industrial nation so we cannot make 50,000 artillery shells a day which is how many Russia is firing every 24 hours in the Ukraine. We cannot supply our soldiers in harms way with the war materiel they need even if our survival depended on it. The US now – thanks to Wall St – only has two choices – surrender or nuclear annihilation.
Russia is a primary member of BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa) which is preparing a basket of commodity backed currencies to replace the dollar as a reserve currency in international trade. They are inviting the entire Global South to join. Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Iran, Argentina and Mexico have asked to join. The plan is that in either 2023 or 2024 at the latest, all new and old BRICS members will refuse to pay any loans denominated in dollars, pounds, euros and yen.
This Worldwide Debt Cancellation will instantly enrich the Global South. It will destroy all First World financial institutions and render all bank deposits in dollars, euros, pounds and yen worthless. American wages will be permanently cut 60%, 100% for those who lose their jobs. We will face Nationwide Food Riots. The US might not even have presidential elections in November 2024. This impending economic collapse is why I do not believe we will have a land war.
As I said, we will have Debt Cancellation but it would be better for us on our terms. We could arrest the Bankers, seize the tens of trillions they stole from us plus reparations for the wars they started. On September 10, 2001 Donald Rumsfeld admitted that $2.3 trillion had gone “missing” from the Pentagon. Also on that night a billion dollars in gold and silver at 2001 prices was removed from the Comex vault at the World Trade Center. In the notes below I explain how Israel did 911 and why they did it. They wanted to steal trillions more dollars from the DOD and to get Americans to kill Israel’s neighbors.
In addition to Debt Cancellation and the collapse of the dollar, the pound, the euro and the yen, we are facing 40 years of bad weather. We entered the Eddy Grand Solar Minimum in 2020 which is much like the Maunder Minimum of 1645 to 1715. Edward Maunder discovered a correlation between the decline in sunspots and the rise in food prices. The price of wheat rose 400% in some of those years in the UK. In France in 1709 there was a Big Freeze and the top meter (nearly 40 inches) of the soil froze forcing food prices 600% higher. That had been caused by the eruption of 3 volcanoes which had blocked sunlight. We will have many more volcanoes and earthquakes over the next 40 years. Read more about that in the notes. I should warn you to move away from the US West coast, the New Madrid fault and from any other quake fault zones near you.
The next few months will be your last chance to prepare. We will need local networks to survive. I know how to make a cheap compost that has all the benefits of hugely expensive NPK fertilizers without all that ammonia. It will also replace expensive supplements. I would like to make tons of it every week to be given away at cost so that local farmers can survive and people can successfully raise fruits and vegetables in their backyards and Sunflowers in their frontyards. We need to produce a lot more food.
