List of 388 Who Voted To End Your First Amendment Right To Assemble To Petition The Government

I have decided to also list all trips to Israel so the voters know who is listens to Netanyahu and not to us.

UPDATE: I was informed by a reader with a link to a subsequent vote that Ron Paul voted No on the following day. This would mean that only a total of 4 men in the House voted to keep the First Amendment alive. Everyone else in the House needs to resign and go home. Please pay attention to all those trips paid for by Israel and all the other junkets those politicians are taking.

The Federal Restricted Buildings and Grounds Improvement Act of 2011 repeals our right to peacefully assemble and petition the government with our grievances. In fact it is now illegal to assemble in front of Congress if even one member might be inside.

The big trade union liberals did not vote No. I guess they are not worried about union workers getting arrested. No feminist voted No. No woman voted No. Not one of the anti-war activists voted No. Not one person who went on a junket paid for by the Aspen Institute voted No. Not one of the radicals who took trips to Cuba to show solidarity with Fidel voted No. Not one Catholic voted No. Not one Jew voted No.

Two Republicans voted No. One Greek Orthodox Palestinian from Michigan named Justin Amash voted No. He never went on any trips paid for by lobbyists. Paul Broun of Georgia came to the Congress late in life and worked at a real job as a doctor before politics. The only Democrat to vote No is a Muslim Keith Ellison. No member of the Hispanic caucus and no other member of the Black caucus said No to slavery.

My conclusions. Never vote for anyone who has a relative in the Congress. Never vote for anyone who has no way of supporting himself but the public trough. Never vote for anyone who who takes money from Foundation supported groups like the Aspen Institute. Never again allow a foreign nation to get control of your government.

Apart from the three named men above, every member of the Congress should be told to resign. Yes. I voted for Ron Paul on Super Tuesday.

About horse237

I have decided to share two of the visions I had as a child. When I was eight, I had a vision of a future war that killed 99.5% of the world's population. When I was 16 and living in the projects, I had a vision of my future. I was to live in complete obscurity until it came time to stop WW III. When I was about ten, I had read a bio of Nikita Khrushchev which said he survived Stalin by playing the bumbling fool an old Russian peasant trick. I decided to do the same as I had already learned that we did not live in a democracy. The other vision I had when I was in third grade was of the Mind of God and how it interacted in the creation of the world we see. I believe you and I were born at this time precisely so we would have an opportunity to stop this war. As for my personal info, I grew up on military bases and in housing projects. My legs atrophied from starvation as a child. My second step-father died in prison. I used to have to rub my skin to simulate human contact. They did not feed me when I was a child. I do not fight in their wars as an adult.

39 Responses to List of 388 Who Voted To End Your First Amendment Right To Assemble To Petition The Government

  1. roninfreedom says:

The 388 ain’t the only ones that voted to end your 1st Amendment right to assemble to petition the Government.

It was The American People themselves who did it.

The American People would rather assemble to petition the Firing of their Beloved Football Coach than to Know That Rothschild,Thru the City of London Corporation,Thru The Zionist/Jews Thru The 2 lobbies AIPAC and ADL,thru a Foreign Power who invaded America 2 times called Israel control their Government.

The American People would rather get up in arms over a football coach who bounties on other Football players than to know that the American Military is Thrill-Killing in the Middle-East murdering and Butchering INNOCENT Men,Women and Children.

For years there have been folks with knowledge and proof such as myself, who have been willing to tell and show the American People

    But

They refused to hear, and this is what their reaping.

    • Ryan says:

About your comment on military thrill killings; I am going to let that one go and assume you only know what the media tells you about the military. I can asure you that the vast majority of the military do not want to kill or even be in a war. And you’re welcome for sacrificing so you can live in hypocrisy. Next time you buy gas or use some of your cheap electronics maybe you should take a look in the mirror and ask yourself how are those things provided to you at such a great value. I’ll give you a hint. Would you want to work in a factory as a child and get paid just enough to eat while living in communal cubicles. Nest time you wrap your priviledged fingers around your electronics think of the hands that built it. The military are trying to help those people but we can not do everything. When we are in a warzone we are kinda busy and we can’t keep up on policy. This is where the US civilians should do their part but it seems that they are too busy entertaining themselves while complaining about how hard it is to be priviledged. Us veterans seem to be the only ones willing to sacrifice for others. I guess we overestimated our civilian counterparts when assuming they were doing their part. You should be ashamed for slandering the military when the people that make the decisions are not in the military. They are corporations run by psychopaths and we let them do whatever they want. Why? Because we don’t want to sacrifice anything. We just want to bitch about it so someone else fixes the problem. I think we all need to do some self evaluation and take inventory of the bribes we recieve from these wicked people that use and abuse the military in order to further their hegemony. Most of the deaths during these wars have not come from combat. They are from poisioning. The war is just a cover to spread disease and toxins throughout the populations of Homosapiens by those who have infiltrated Israel immorally and unlawfully. The diaspora of the wicked is a Satanic genetic line that can be traced from Neanderthals through every group behind the death and destruction of Humanity. It is no longer a hypothesis. It is science that actually makes sense with real history; not the fallacies perpetuated by the very same wicked hybrids that have now dominated us psycholigically. For those who find this fantastic and feel they are well informed, I would first study epistemology until fallacies scream out in everyday conversations. Electronic media will become almost unwatchable to someone educated in epistemology. I don’t mean educated about the definition. I mean educated in the function. Then move on to peoples history, anthropology, sociology, genetics, epidemics, psychology, and language. Language needs to be studied because context is important when creating schemata. A very simplified explaination is how the mind makes representations of Truth. These representaions are schemata. How accurate our schemata are decides how well we percieve the functions of our existence. I find many people today believe Truth is subjective, but I disagree. Our representation of Truth is subjective. The Truth is not in our minds. It is the functions that surround us that we call life. For example; if all of us became extinct would everything else vanish? Or is reality (Truth) independent of our consciousness? This is where we start to go down the rabbit hole and I will not expound because I know the limited attention span of modern Humans. I will say that If Truth is subjective then we therefore must be a sinlge consciousness which has created this reality. I am not convinced of that. I would rather believe that we are a part of a system yet still seperate. And much evidence shows that we struggle to agree upon Truth because we have not developed the tools to verify critical information from data smog and infotainment. This trite and superficial mockery of Truth is fed to us by the very same wicked people that pretend to be giving us what we want. I fear that it may be what most of us want. Would we rather live in a happy fantasy land or a depressing reality? I guess that depends on wether you are part of the problem or part of the solution. One source of information that I did not mention that is highly controversial is the Bible. First I will say that those who are not of Satan’s line must realize that there is a war against God and it has been raging for a long time. The bible was once made for us in order to instruct us how to defeat the wicked. That is why it’s main theme is Truth. The wicked are decievers. Unfortunately the wicked have got their neanderthal hands on the Bible and just like usual changed it into blasphemy. The bible is very specific about not adding, subtracting or changing the words given to us by God. Yet the wicked over the generations have done just that. The NIV has over 64,000 words missing and changes on almost every page. We were also instructed to not search for God inside buildings made by man or worship idols made of wood, stone, metal or any form which is physical. Here we are thousands of years later and people all over the world are adopting hedonism, which is an accepted way of saying Satanism, and using the blasphemy of what the wicked have turned the word of God into as evidence. Religions today are the ultimate forms of false flag operations in the war against God. If I had to some it up very quickly, I would say God=Truth and everything that is true. Satan=lies and everything that is twisted in order to serve the individual. If we take anything away from what Jesus Christ talked about it should be Truth. Only through Truth can we save ourselves. That is generally what He was saying. God is Truth. Christ came to show us how to be saved through Him by using Truth, not some stairway to Heaven in the clouds extending into the realm of a white bearded man. Oh, and by the way. Santa Clause is not Jesus Christ.

I am not aware that I have ever criticized the soldiers in our military.

I do think a military coup is the last solution to our problems as the elections are rigged.

Ryan, thank you!! Thank you for your service and thank you for your intellectually stimulating response. I found your comment to be awe inspiring and captivating, and no I am not a book reviewer, it is just that it is seldom that I find someone so well versed and educated when adding comments to these types of media outlets and I truly enjoyed your views.

  2. Mr. Mojo says:

Just don’t vote anymore in their rigged, phony elections. If you have to vote, vote for anyone who isn’t Republican or Democrat.

  3. Stan Ryan says:

I guess opposing the congress on this bill necessarily means you will be considered a terrorist.

The american people have absolutely no control of their representatives. There are more than 300 million people and there are only have 450+/- some odd number representatives. In reality congress only needs a “majority” to pass a bill. With the low representative ratio, representatives to people, the members of congress are unduly influenced by a secret/special interests government.

  4. rjsnap123 says:

Shorty is right. Ron Paul voted NO. The vote you are referring to wasn’t the vote on the final bill. Mabye check your facts before you make a post and post on whatreallyhappened. You make Mike look bad posting false information.

      4) He might have voted against this last year. All I am doing is reporting on what the Congress did to us on 2-27-2012.

As I said, I voted for Ron Paul on Super Tuesday. If I were him, I would have hurried back to DC to cast the Fourth No vote. I would have made an ad of it and put is out on YouTube. As I said, that vote meant workers on strike or feminists or anti-war activists and Occupy Wall Street protesters can all be sent to prison. You need to make freedom relevant to the people who listen to you. Otherwise you will only be talking to each other and losing more elections.

People all over this country are worried about the erosion of their freedoms. Even liberals are running out and buying guns because they fear the coming dictatorship.

  7. horse237 says:

My apologies. I have issued a correction to the above article. A total of 4 votes were recorded on 2 different days. Ron Paul did make it back in time to vote.

But he should have made a TV commercial and a YouTube video to make the First Amendment relevant. Civil rights, union , feminist, anti-war and Occupy Wall Street activists need to be told that the First Amendment is there to keep them out of jail.

You need to learn to talk to people from different backgrounds.

Sorry fellas. I am black. I never had any real rights in this country. My brothers are shot down in the street and the cops go free. What you are feeling is what we as black people have had to endure all our lives. Well….not really. When they start shooting you down in the streets, then you will know…I don’t wish that on anyone, but we have been calling for change six the civil war days and white people for the most part thought we were full of it or something. To me, this is just another day to run. But now, the government just made it open season on white people too. Welcome to the party.

    • horse237 says:

They plan to reduce the population from 7 to 1 billion. Maybe you will be one of the survivors.

    • sheri says:

Well, Yonah, I for one am sorry for any pain you’ve received from the hatred and separation of black/white. I was blinded by my white background and community until I read of the outbreak in Detroit, when King was murdered. Even though it was close to my hometown, I was only 7 when it happened and didn’t yet understand the significance. I learned a lot when I moved south and made black friends. The stories I asked for were a real eye opener. Hopefully, we are getting closer to filling that gap, but you would know better than I. I know I didn’t vote for OBAMA>>>>>>>>>>>>>! Now we must do our part, no matter how we feel, to keep our freedoms (no matter what).

      • horse237 says:

No one has the RIGHT to end my First Amendment Right to anything. The fact that someone has the POWER to end any of my rights proves we’ve been lax in showing our desire to retain a freedom of democracy. Our children (the Nations children are all of OUR children) should be taught to be responsible young adults, starting from a very young age. We are so concerned in letting children be children, they don’t understand until it is too late, their future, and ours, is a responsibility we ALL need to share. This is proof we are too lax. I see a simmering brew about to happen. We must all speak out. Here is my start.

  20. Nathan says:

This is a terrible piece, it really doesn’t represent the legislation.

Read the bill, its shorter then this article. http://www.govtrack.us/congress/bills/112/hr347/text

    • horse237 says:

Everyone on the traditional Left and Right who was a legal authority hat I read said that this bill made it a felony for us to assemble and petition our grievances if a congressman was inside the building.

If you are saying it does not take away our first Amendment right to peacefully assemble, please cite a URL source to a qualified legal authority such as the ACLU.

Your name Nathaniel in Hebrew means a gift from God. Please consider changing your name.

      • Nathan says:

I was citing the actual text of the bill. You can also go to http://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/BILLS-112hr347enr/pdf/BILLS-112hr347enr.pdf. This is from usa.gov. It really is the actual bill.

Reading the bill, it says that you can’t congregate (“knowingly enter or remains”) is a “restricted buildings or grounds” (which it defines in the bill as “any posted, cordoned off, or otherwise area –
‘‘(A) of the White House or its grounds, or the Vice
        President’s official residence or its grounds;
‘‘(B) of a building or grounds where the President or
other person protected by the Secret Service is or will
        be temporarily visiting; or
‘‘(C) of a building or grounds so restricted in conjunction
with an event designated as a special event of national
        significance; and
‘‘(2) the term ‘other person protected by the Secret Service’
means any person whom the United States Secret Service is
authorized to protect under section 3056 of this title or by
Presidential memorandum, when such person has not declined
        such protection.’’.

The other three parts are whoever “knowingly, and with intent to impede or disrupt the
orderly conduct of Government business or official functions,” impedes, interrupts, or causes violence. The government has a right to do this. I agree it should be illegal for protestors to protest in such a way that the government can’t function correctly (I understand it already doesn’t quite often, but it still needs to be able to). If there isn’t a law like this in place a political activist group of any kind with enough people could cause serious issues to the processes of government.

What officials might be saying on how this infringes our First Amendment rights is how government officials will use this to stop peaceful protestors. So basically the executive powers of government are enforcing this law in an incorrect and unjust manner. If that is the case though, it is the responsibility of the legislative and judicial powers of the government to control the executive powers of the government. That is exactly why the US constitution was made with three separate powers. If something happens, yes, we must stand up for our rights, make a stand, and show we won’t put up with it. But nothing has been done against any right of anyone in this nation.

And as far as my name, it is Nathan, not Nathaniel. In Hebrew that is נתן. It means “He gave”, which yes can refer to God, but it literally is the word for “(he) gave” (which would be used in everyday conversation in Hebrew). And, I like it, so I’ll keep it.
