I see the need for the NDAA, the Patriot Act and 30,000 Drones flying overhead in the skies protecting Americans from the Bad Guys. My modest proposal is that we replace the word terrorist with the term Bad Guy. I would legally define Bad Guy as any federal politician, presidential appointee, Big Five bank executive or any member of the lying Corporate Media. That list of Bad Guys does include Ben Bernanke and his associates at the Federal Reserve.
These are the people who have stolen money by the tens of trillions and lied us into wars. Under the Patriot Act and the NDAA as I would amend it we would essentially be allowed to arrest and hold without trial any of the politicians or bankers to protect us from the Evil Ones who have proven themselves to be the only real enemy we have ever had in my lifetime. Under the NDAA and the Patriot Act we could indefinitely hold them in prisons until they can prove themselves to be honest men and women of integrity.
I would amend the NDAA, the Drones legislation and the Patriot Act to specifically exempt law abiding American citizens from the definition of Bad Guy. The government would be expressly forbidden to arrest us without access to due process which must include a speedy trial and legal representation. The government could not spy on us without a search warrant. That would eliminate the TSA and all that genital groping. I would retain Drones. But they would only be allowed to follow men and women who were put on our official List of Bad Guys which is to replace our current No Fly and Slow Fly lists. Those people on the Bad Guy list would be chipped if released. Though all of their assets would be seized to guarantee that they will make restitution if they escape across the borders and seek asylum in a foreign country. The Drones would protect us from the danger of escaping Bad Guys. Some of the Drones would have nonlethal force and fire a shotgun taser at some ex-congressman from the House Banking Committee. It just occurred to me that we could charge American citizens a reasonable fee to shoot former congressmen and Senators with shotgun tasers. We could make even more money broadcasting this over pay per view. Of course if a Bad Guy does get near the border and does not stop after being tasered, we will have to either fire a missile or some other projectile at him. If we do have cases of Bad Guys making it out of the country, then we do have the Extraordinary Rendition program which we can use to bring them back from Patagonia or wherever else they fled.
I should again emphasize that only Bad Guys will fall outside the laws protecting America citizens from being kidnapped and indefinitely detained. I would shut down all of our foreign secret prisons. But I would be willing to add foreign nationals to the Bad Guys List. Perhaps we could leave it up to a vote of the UN General Assembly whether or not we should arrest Mario Draghi who is the current head of the European Central Bank but seems to still be working in behalf of Goldman Sachs. I am not sure how the General Assembly would vote on him or Christine Lagarde, head of the IMF. But I am positive that their arrest would be greeted with enthusiasm throughout Europe, Africa, Asia and Latin America. Arresting bankers would greatly improve the image of America all over the world which has been greatly tarnished ever since we let the bankers get away with killing President Kennedy.
From time to time I write a satire that I hope bites the banking elite. A major then if mine is that we were given a system of banking in 1913 that creates money out of nothing and transfer all wealth from us to the bankers through compound interest on Unpayable Debts. Think how terrible things will be for us and for our families if we fail to arrest the bankers and the traitors in our governments? The Foundations owned by the bankers tell us that 6 billion people like you and me must die to make the world a better place for them.
I say No to the bankers. What say you?

We need to educate people within the intelligence, police communities, US citizens (the 99%) about the need to investigate the real criminals behind the war on terror, those people that should be detained under the NDAA:
1. the real perpetrators involved in the terrorist attacks of 9/11, London 7/7 and other contrived “strategy of tension” terror attacks designed to instill fear and provide the pretext for the police state;
2. those who committed crimes that enabled the Bush administration to prevent gathering evidence, from the EPA clearing the air in Manhattan, to removing the steel from the WTC without forensic tests.
3. who are connected to the MSM “usual suspects” who continue to fan the flames of the so-called “war on terror”, the Muslim boogie-man (destroy Palestine) agenda;
4. who are part of the same groups of allied individuals who continue to contrive intelligence on the “war on terror”;
5. who are part of the same criminal groups pillaging the tax-payers, profiting from the “war on terror”, and impoverishing the world through the private banking cartel.
6. who are part of the the same group of fraudsters using DHS grants to spy on and criminalize those opposed to them;
7. who are connected to the corrupt politicians who propose, advocate legislation criminalizing the freedoms necessary to determine the identities of this same oligarchic clique now pillaging the world one nation state at a time, and transforming the world into a global gulag.
So, instead of detaining those patriots protesting the US governments post 9/11 policies and crimes; Why don’t we just identify the individuals within these groups, and throw these people into the FEMA camps?
