The Inspector General for the Department of Defense just published a report saying that the Undocumentable Adjustments for the DOD in the fiscal year ending 2015 totaled $9.3 trillion. This is according to Catherine Austin Fitts in her latest interview.
On September 10, 2001 Donald Rumsfeld said on CBS News that he and his Comptroller rabbi Dov Zakheim could not trace $2.3 trillion in DOD spending. He promised that in the future he would implement accounting procedures so that taxpayers would know where their money went.
On September 11, 2001 there was an entire section of the Pentagon workforce busily at work attempting to trace trillions of missing dollars. Flight 77 had taken off from Dulles International Airport at 8:20. The 911 Commission says Hani Hanjour who had trouble flying a Cessna piloted the 757 from 2,200 feet into 330 degree power drive coming in at the opposite side of the Pentagon building at tree top level. He successfully killed most of the men and women who had been looking for the missing money. Apparently, Muslims in Al Qaeda who are known to work for the CIA would rather kill the accountants than the top generals and admirals at the Pentagon.
To date I have never seen anyone in Presidential races or in the media said that we ought to discuss the issue $9.3 trillion going walkabout.
I have written about Catherine Austin Fitts several times before. In an interview with Greg Hunter earlier this year, she said Wall Street had stolen $40 trillion from us and will steal tens of trillions more. She called this theft the Slow Burn. In the past she has said there would always be a slender chance of an economic collapse but we are more likely to be robbed day in and day out. The Slow Burn takes billions of dollars from us every day. The DOD is not the only federal agency to lose money. The Inspector General for Housing and Urban Development under President Clinton was Susan Gaffney. In 2000 she testified that $77.2 billion went missing from HUD. The State Department under Secretary Clinton had $6 billion go missing. But Hillary never appointed an Inspector General for State so she had learned lesson. No IG, no report.
In her latest interview Catherine notes that Lockheed Martin had an IT system that ran the accounts for the DOD. But a month before IG report saying $9.3 trillion had gone missing they spun their subsidiary out. They are cutting and running. They don’t want this coming back to them. This is a whole new level of intensity in the war of the Elite and against the middle and working classes. They had also taken $27 trillion from us in the Bail Outs.
She thinks the cut and run is turning into a Controlled Crash of the US economy. The federal government could have a problem functioning at all.
Catherine thinks the Bankers have stolen $50 trillion from us. That money invested at even 5% – or $2.5 trillion a year – would be sufficient to fund NWO operations.
She thinks war could be seriously considered by NWO as an exit strategy to protect themselves from public wrath.
She thinks a lot of that missing money went into secret technical military research to produce weapons for the Elite. They could use those weapons either against foreign states or even against American taxpayers.
She believes that the Corporate Media has lost credibility and influence with the public. She says that is why the media has been shrieking so much of late.
Another problem for the Elite is that they do not trust each other and could go to war with one other.
We will be forced to turn to producing wealth when the Elite’s ability to steal from us goes away due to the end of the Debt Growth model. In the old days a trillion dollars in additional debt could add to our GDP. No more. We need to get the real economy growing. No more lawyers and accountants in charge.
The Slow Burn will have to give way to the Crash. There are only 3 ways out: We can go to war, we can depopulate or we can reform.
Catherine’s timeline is 2016 or 2017 with 2018 at the outside. The world will change very radically, very soon.

So how many TRILLIONS does this latest theft I mean “accounting error” add up to?
Catherine says $50 trillion. But she is not counting the interest we pay on money they create out of nothing.

The annual defense budget is ~$600 billion, so how could DoD have a $9,300 billion deficit for FY 2015? I’m certain there’s gobs of funny DoD money unaccounted for, but this isn’t a realistic figure.

Rumsfeld said that we know that we spent it, we just don’t know where it went. And he promised that we would adopt better accounting procedures at the Pentagon so that in the future we would be able to trace all the money. Those procedures were never implemented.
The $2.3 trillion was the total money spent that could not be traced under the Clinton budgets. The Bush budget did not begin until October 1st. Americans are used to seeing this multi-year fiscal budget of untraceable money from the Pentagon. The year before it was $8.6 trillion. Still nothing happens. It is not even a topic of discussion at Presidential debates. The $6 billion missing from the State Department was the total for her 4 years as Secretary.
I recall a higher number from the original figure of $2.3 Trillion, so the sleight of hand “accounting” is obviously being manipulated,
I can’t argue with the figures since we have no clue what the TRUTH is.
The higher number came later when more budgets were examined. The point is that we asked to spend trillions on the Pentagon when nothing is subject to proper accounting procedures. The same is true for other agencies though with smaller numbers.

Horse 237, If you could give Donald advice about how to proceed from this day forward, what advice would you offer? (Every stone being unturned as I write this) and no, I fall in the basket of deplorable as Killary has labeled us hard working ordinary people?
1) Get the voters angry over stolen money.
2) Explain Debt Cancellation is the only way out.
3) Arrest Bankers and seize their assets and that of the Drug Cartels. (Legalize Drugs)
4) Fund Debt Cancellation. Give every adult citizen $30,000 in credit to debts or to retirement. Require everyone to get a Voter ID card. No more stolen elections. No more illegal aliens. Very little crime.
5) Establish accounting procedures for government spending. Consolidate government departments. Get rid of duplicate government programs. Fire at least 10 of 30.6 million government workers.
6) Establish a non-interest bearing federal Treasury dollar like Lincoln’s Greenbacks. Ban fractional reserve banking. Ban government debt. Give $200 billion a year in newly created checking account money to the states to fund both the creation of new infrastructure and the repair of the old. Make clean water one of the priorities.
7) Take all the unhealthful additives out of the food and water.
8) Establish price lists from all doctors and clinics for all procedures and pills.
9) Make all drug companies prove all existing and future pills actually work. Ban drug company trials. Have them give us the pills and test them against folk remedies. Test chemotherapy against baking soda and Salvesterols. If chemo does not do better than fold remedies, then make it illegal to submit an insurance claim for chemo.
Enough for a start.
How do we get this list to him ASAP?
I think we will be going into martial law when the Dollar Dies and the Nationwide Food Riots follow soon after. I have been getting my message out to two important groups, the US military and modern monetarists who believe in Debt Cancellation. Trump might not even live long enough to become President. And I do not trust Pence. I do trust junior level officers to stage a coup and to arrest the Bankers. That is the only way out.
Let me add points 10 and 11. 10) Rewrite all existing loans for farms, home mortgages and small businesses at much lower rates. Rewriting a mortgage with 20 years left to pay out $150,000 in principal at 1 1/2% will save lots of money so tens of millions of homeowners and small businesses could get much needed disposable income. Homeowners would get clear titles as we would end MERS.
11) Release Tesla technology and all other advanced scientific knowledge to new corporations. Give them zero interest loans and patents. In return all stock will be deposited into retirement accounts to replace Social Security for younger people.
This is beginning to look like a Ron Paul scenario. The money bombs, the huge turnouts at the rallies, some commentators said that the race was thrown. Everyone had their hopes up then BAM……….
